On the 3rd and last floor of a Malouine villa, the apartment is fitted out under the crawlers with an ingenious heightening of the living room floor to allow you to enjoy the view of the horizon of the North Sea from the high chairs.
Very beautiful volumes for this apartment fully furnished and refurbished in 2015.
Open to the north towards the North Sea by a window and two skylights overlooking the kitchen living room.
Open to the south by 2 skylights, one which illuminates the living room from the mezzanine and one in the bedroom.
On the seafront, you immediately access the beach.
You are 5 minutes walk from Place Turenne, the heart of Malo-Les Bains life, with all the shops at your disposal.
And with the free bus all year round, you are in 15 min at Dunkirk Center and in 20 min at the TGV station which connects Lille in 35 min and Paris in 2 hours.

Kitchen equipped with induction hob, filter coffee maker and espresso, traditional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
Mini-stereo radio CD player with the possibility of connecting your smartphone.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed.
On the mezzanine, 2 other beds are more suitable for children because the ceiling is quite low.
In full transparency, namely:
– the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the stairs to the top floor are quite steep.
– access to the dike by car is not authorized for seasonal tenants. It is therefore necessary to park in the neighboring streets, which can be complicated on certain days.
– the washing machine’s spin cycle is extremely noisy. Do not use in the evening therefore.
– there is no wi-fi but the area is well served by 4G.
– there is no television
– We live in this apartment on a daily basis, which is therefore not a furnished tourist accommodation with empty cupboards, but a place of life where our personal effects remain permanently.
– A second small room is not available for rent (unless specifically requested).
The apartment is non-smoking.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The apartment is only available for rental during the week during school holidays.
It is not offered during Carnival week.
