The studio offers you:

- facing south with panoramic views of the Mediterranean
- a 150cm Sleigh bed with a Dunlopillo memory foam mattress
- a UK Satellite TV and a CD/DVD player.
- a kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer compartment, a microwave combi oven and a two ring gas hob. .
- a bathroom which has a large shower and a suspended toilet and we provide towels, washcloths and a hair dryer.
- a sun terrace with sun loungers, dining table with chairs and parasol and a garden.
- Naturist possible around the pool during the day.
- The workshop is a non-smoking area and we regret that pets are not accepted
- the pool is heated mid May depending on the weather mid September
- Private parking is next to the apartment.
We are located 25 minutes north of Beziers and 40 minutes from the sandy Mediterranean beaches which cater to all family oriented naturist and gay tastes in Cap d’Agde. The town of Marseillan offers restaurants and bars.
